PII Achievement Award Winner – Johny Ramirez
Starting in January, Progressive established something new: the PII Achievement Award! This honor is for the employee who showed outstanding accomplishments during the month. Employees nominate team members by describing the accomplishments of their peer, and the executive team elects each month’s winner. January’s winner is from our accounting department, Bookkeeper Johny Ramirez! He earned the award for his work in resolving aging receivables and his major contributions in training our newest employee. Congratulations, Johny!
