Mission Statement

At PII, we’re building our Brand through business partnerships via B2B and B2G.  We propel growth through thoughtful encouragement, empowered effort and excellence in team spirit.  Our culture exudes a deliberate meaningful daily work ethic within our work family and throughout our community – consistently incorporating our ongoing initiative = Inspiring Innovative Inclusion.

We are building our brand in business relationships with clients and vendors. They see that with our memberships like SAME, GNCDC, NWBOC, SBA and many organizations in the public and private sector. This has gained us the trust of our customers, institutions, agencies, vendors, municipalities, contractors and corporations across the nation.

Our customer service team is actively engaged and we have gained the respect of all the clients we work with. We tend to their needs with laser focus. Whether it’s making sure we get an order to a client on time or connecting the customer to the many products in our market basket offering, Progressive has shown that we are willing to give it our all.

Our certifications help drive our business and propel us to serve clients nationwide. We are a certified WOSB/EDWOSB/HUBZone/WBE/DBE business with a 30-year track record of completing various contracts and projects flawlessly. Ranging from the distribution of a large variety of products on projects big or small, we have proven that we are reliable and capable of handling ventures nationally as well as internationally.

Additionally, closer to home, giving back to the community is very important to us. Progressive Industries is a certified HUBZone business (a company within a Historically Underutilized Business Zone. Learn more about what a HUBZone is here.). And in compliance to the federal program, 35% of our company’s employees are residents of a HUBZone. Because of this, we are able to create employment opportunities to people who come from areas of limited convenience.

Working in a smaller office has its perks. Our projects weave a bond that allows us to be connected through work SOPs and also personally through social activities. As our bond gets stronger we go from being not just a group of co-workers, but also work family. There is an inspired effort among us to get things done for the common goal. We celebrate this empowerment – it is part of our daily culture and our action plan that inspires diligence, camaraderie and team spirit.
